My stay was truly enjoyable, particularly thanks to the generous upgrades and late check-out offered by the staff. The room was spacious, providing adequate natural light and a comfortable environment after a long day of exploring. Plus, the area is brimming with shops and restaurants, making it super convenient to find a bite to eat. I felt the room service could be quicker, as some meals arrived cold.

The hotel boasts a modern aesthetic that's visually striking. I enjoyed the spacious guest room, which had ample natural light and a comfortable King-sized bed that made for a good night's rest after a long journey.

The experience wasn't all smooth sailing. The bathroom door in my first room wouldn't close properly, which was a letdown for what should have been a relaxing stay. After being moved to a second room on a different floor, I faced the same issue with the door. To top it off, the check-in process felt overly lengthy after a long flight—efficient procedures would have made a world of difference. There were also moments when room service seemed sluggish, like when my request for ice and glasses took half an hour, and it arrived melted. Given these inconveniences, I left feeling the hotel’s standards didn’t quite match its claims.

The pool area was cozy, perfect for afternoon relaxation. We also enjoyed a mind-blowing Soweto tour organized by the hotel.

Had a fab stay! Clean rooms and the location was sweet as for exploring. Just wish the room service was quicker, it took ages!

Bongani was super nice and helped us out a lot! We got an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite, which was so awesome after a long traffic jam. The late check-out was perfect too! The poolside snack bar was a lovely spot to chill, but it took a bit long for our orders. Definitely coming back next time!
